everyone is different.I got mine when i was 11 and my mom got hers when she was 16 everyone%26#039;s different.It%26#039;s because of the hormones in our food kinda.So when did you get your period and the other ladies in your family because that determines it too.She might be starting very soon if thats happening but you can never be sure.I had that in my underwear a lot too and then one day like a month or two after the discharge i got mine.also u will know when she gets mood swings so just be prepared.dont rush things it will happen when the body is ready
