Last month my period was really light and now this month it is really heavy! What is going on? Should I be concerned that it is fluctuating so much?

I am guessing that you are quite young and just started menstruating... You will probably do this for a while... at least until your body gets more efficient at all of this. I would not worry about it. But, if it does bother you, or if for any reason you feel uncertain, by all means go to see your gynocologist. That is the person who really knows the answers... you can trust them and count on them.
