I have had a tummy tuck b/c I was SO UNLUCKY in the skin elasticity dept.. Stretch marks and c-sections made my skin VERY loose. It finally made me go get surgery and I am SO pleased with the result. The only thing is I may want to have another child, (not sure cuz I have 2 and I am happy with that)
but if I did, does anyone know what happens afterward? I mean do you know personally or know someone who had a kid after surgery? Any knowledge about this would be helpful.

Your timing is wrong if you want to have another child.
That decision should have been made before going for surgery and the surgery should have taken place after your 3rd child.
What would happen? You already have a good idea.
Ideally after a C section one should wait 3 years before getting pregnant. Failure to do so can result in very loose skin that hangs...It is also a good idea so that the many layers of tissue cut open during suregery have a chance to heal. In that 3 years period one should exercise regularly and have a very good diet to help the body recover and the skin to tighten.
Looks like you didn%26#039;t do all of the above, perhaps between each C-section you did not have 3 years.
What now? Well, you know what is the best timing for your abdominal skin after surgery.
If you need another C-section with your third child (it is not clear if you already had 2 or one c-sections) then you can ask to have another tummy tuck right after the C-section, same day I mean. That would make the most sence under the circumstances.
