I have a moderate flow for my period and i dont know which pad to use

any suggestions?
Always pads work really well. I use the regular thickness ones without wings and I%26#039;ve never had a problem (I have a heavy flow). For extra protection, you might want to try them with wings to prevent leaks. I%26#039;m not a big fan of the ultra thin pads because they bunch up and just don%26#039;t seem to work all that well for me.
