I don%26#039;t know if this is true, but someone told me the only time you can get pregnant was about 3 or 4 days BEFORE you begin your period, but is there any time after, or is this even true?
I am asking because my friend just had her period, it ended maybe 2 days ago, and right after that she had sex for the first time with a guy using no protection. She says he pulled out, but I know all that info about pre such containing seman, and she has never been on any pill or anything else. Just worried, and curious. (She expects me to know these things and I%26#039;m too embaressed to tell her I have no idea. XD)

Women can get pregnant at any point in their cycle, including during their period. If she is still within the 72 hour window, I would suggest she get emergency contraception. And in the future, she should use a condom every time, the entire time.
