I have never used a tampon before because I%26#039;m very scared to use them. My parents are divorced, so my dad takes me on vacation in the summer. We usually swim, but if i get my period, can i still swim without everyone knowing i have my period?? HELP!!!
I know it%26#039;s scared the first time - use the intructions in the box. they help. my stomach kinda ached the first little bit when i first started using them - but, hun, it makes a totally difference you%26#039;ll love them. And remember to relax when you%26#039;re inserting. It makes it alot easier.
