Fecal matter isn%26#039;t especially %26quot;toxic%26quot; per say, however if one were to ingest fecal matter from someone infected with Hepatitis A, there would be a very high chance of contracting it. Escherichia coli (or E. coli) or some parasites are also risks of ingesting feces.
