I went on the pill in 2001 because my periods were irregular I took my last pill a month ago, and have started my period this week after being late (2 days) but I want a baby, and want to know will I have to wait 4 months until I can start trying?

If however by the 3rd month your cycles have not resumed back to normal, you need to see your doctor as it%26#039;s possible that a hormonal imbalance has developed. In this case your doctor would check your levels via blood test. It is usually not advisable to try and get pregnant until your cycles are completely back to normal.
