I have been on birth control for abou two monthes now. I am on it because of irregular periods. I have what they call Polycistic Ovarian Syndrome.
I am glad that it is regulating my period after 8 years of irregular periods....but I dont like the way it is messing with my hormones. I still enjoy sex,but I just dont get excited enough to get anything out of it.
What can I do?....I need advice.

Oh..I should add...foreplay has nothing to do with it..I get PLENTY of that...and it just doesnt help. The guy I am with,I love dearly...and am sexually attractive to him. So I know for a fact its the pills and not him.

I have went through the same thing and some things with these brith control pills is that it is giving you hormones and sometimes it a good balance but with bad side effects. I recommend asking your dr. to place you on a different pill. that is one reason why there are some many of them.
I use Yaz it has lighten my period and also let me keep my sexual drive.
