Education:I dont have my period yet!!!!?

the only thing u can do to speed it up is to gain weight because this affects your hormone levels. however, in all reality you cant do much to change the way your body works - you%26#039;ll get ur period when ur body is ready for it and u shouldnt try to rush it. 14 is not too old to be worried about not having ur period. honestly, honey some people dont get their periods until they%26#039;re 16. and its not as unusual as u think. u may think that everyone around u already has theirs but i garantee u plenty of them dont. also i wouldnt rush it if i were u cuz once u get ur period u stop growing height wise - not saying ur too short or anything but its just fact that that is what happens. ur boobs start growing super fast and ur hips start developing and all that jazz but u wont get much taller. and if u really really really want it then get ur mother to take u to a pedeatritian and have them test ur hormone levels and maybe they can give u some perscription hormones to help u along.
