I was reading another person%26#039;s question about PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and I took a quiz on it and there were 5 categories with 5 being the worse and I was in the 4th but the very end of the 4th, closer to 5 and now i%26#039;m scared. I just got my insurance dropped on the 31st of March so I probably won%26#039;t be seeing a doctor for a while. Should I be concerned? Does anyone with experience with this/knows anything about it, anything at all will help! Thank you!
You better know more about your menstrual cycle (see in http://www.menstrual-cycle.info) because PCOS can be diagnosed only if you have:
1. oligomenorrhea (rare menstruations),
2. anovulatory cycles (absence of ovulation,
3. many/multiple small follicles in ovaries,
4. increased hair grow in %26quot;not feminine places%26quot; like face, breasts, etc.
5. infertility.
6. increased concentration of testosterone,
7. etc.,etc.,etc.
