I can understand where you are coming from. I had a best friend that was very small and my sister is very small. Both of them used water bras. There are also false boobs you can buy from many bra shops. My friend got implants. It really improved her self-esteem. My sister is very active, she enjoys having a small chest. She is 19 and has a AA. What you will also find out is because you are only a 30, I am assuming you are pretty skinny. If you add a little weight, it might add it to the chest. I would do this slowly, as it might go other places you don%26#039;t want.

Just be sure that if you get implants, it is something you really want. Also, don%26#039;t go to big, as it would not look natural. Either way, good luck.
