One of my nipples actually stays %26quot;hard%26quot; at all times, and the other doesn%26#039;t unless stimulated of course. Is that normal at all?

I had the same problem, and I was so self conscious of it, because the hard one was soooo sensitve, and the other one didnt feel anything. Eventually tho, they evened out, and they are both the same. Just a part of growing up, i guess.
