I just got a new job - actually a huge promotion - and sometimes I feel as if I can%26#039;t handle all the responsibility. Deep down, I know I can do it, but I feel frantic all the time on the job. Does anyone feel the same way? Tell me your story...
First of all, congratulations. It%26#039;s very normal to feel overwhelmed at first because you are learning new things. It%26#039;s totally understandable and nobody should give you a hard time, because you%26#039;re only human...that is, don%26#039;t be embarrassed to ask for help or make mistakes. That%26#039;s how we all learn and grow. I%26#039;m going through a similar situation right now. I just got promoted this year with new responsibilities, and I honestly didn%26#039;t know what the hell I was doing at first, but I%26#039;m getting through it. I was so scared to ask for help and messing up at first..lol. So, from my story you%26#039;re definitely not alone on this. Good luck, you%26#039;ll do just fine.
