Have you ever stopped beliving in yourself?
If yes how did you start beliving yourself again.
I think the first step is to realize that you are a good and decent person. If you can say that about yourself, it%26#039;s a very powerful statement.

Then you have to realize that you%26#039;re a human being and human beings make mistakes. You have to cut yourself some slack when you make a mistake - the average person only gets about 1 out of 5 decisions right, so if you have made a lot of mistakes, you%26#039;re just like the rest of us.

Then I find it helpful to take an inventory of yourself. Write down all the bad things about you and all of the good things about you. The latter usually takes more time - we%26#039;re not used to realizing how good we are. But it%26#039;s the most important section. Compare the 2 sides - if they%26#039;re even close, see paragraph #1. Realize that there are facts to support the idea that you are a good and decent and worthwhile person.

Then I think you need to look at your list of good and bad again and understand that, if this was a list about another person, you would believe in that person. You would be friends with them and you would likely trust them.

So.....you should believe in THIS person, be friends with THIS person and trust THIS person.
