when i was going through fairly severe depression I didn%26#039;t do the therapy or medication. I simply talked it out with my friends and wrote A LOT of poetry about my feelings. This helped me getting my feelings out without paying someone to listen or even having to tell my parents how bad things were.
You could try writing your feelings out in poems, short stories, or even a journal and if the doesn%26#039;t work try talking your feelings out with your friends.
