i know that i am not clinically afraid of spiders or whatever. but i freak out when i see them. and its not just %26quot;eww a spider%26quot;. usually i scream then jump on top of something so it cant get me. i call for someone else to get it becuase im afraid. usually i start shaking and sometimes crying. i know this is dumb but only serious answers please becuase i dont know if there is something wrong with me or if im just terrified of spiders.

i%26#039;m the same way. this happens to me with pretty much any bug, but it%26#039;s the worst with spiders. i don%26#039;t think there%26#039;s anything wrong with you. it%26#039;s just your %26quot;average%26quot; phobia, though. the only time it would become a problem and should be addressed is if it interferes with your everyday life.
