I have a lump behind my ear, I%26#039;m assuming that it%26#039;s an ear infection. Am I correct in this assumption? Or my Mother said it could be swimmer%26#039;s ear, from the shower.

No other symptoms, I take zyrtec for allergies, which I%26#039;ve done for the last 3 years. It hurts really bad, but other than the lump and the pain, no other symptoms.

It may just be a swollen gland which does not neccisarily mean you have an ear infection or any other issues with your ear... if could be from your sinuses or throat.... Might just be a result of allergies. Are you symptomatic besides the lump? If the lump doesn%26#039;t go away within three weeks get it checked by a doctor
