in 2 months i%26#039;m going to California. i was wondering if just doing lunges 3 - 5 times weekly will help. i%26#039;ll be doing lunges up a somewhat steep hill. i%26#039;m not fat, i only weigh about 113 lbs i%26#039;m 20 years old, but i ALREADY have some cellulite on my upper thighs and it seems to be getting worse. i also need to know how to firm my butt? i want a cute swim suit, but i cant because my thighs and butt are icky. lol.
Lunges are great, keep doing them. Also, try swimming and changing your eating habits...less junk food and more healthy foods. Swimming is a great exercise...it%26#039;s aerobic, low impact, and you use all of your muscles...but you have to swim laps and lots of them. Also stretch your muscles to get that long lean look. To tighten up your rear...try squats. Go with a very light weight but do many repetitions. BTW...I%26#039;ve seen your pics and you are not icky...
