I coughed and this white thing came up. It was little and solid(kinda...squishy) it was white tinted with yellow and it tasted like vomit but it wasn%26#039;t. This has been happening for years and I%26#039;ve been wondering what this is? Am I coughing up my stomach lining up or something?

Tonsil stone (tonsilith). Its food or something that got trapped in your tonsils and somehow had that white stuff build up over it. I get those on occasion, and some people get them more often. I have heard that a waterpick helps dislodge them from your tonsils.
