i was out in the sun today and I have this weird looking burn on my arm,and My jaw all the way into my head feels really tight and tense,and my tummy hurts,I also have to take vitamin d and i feel that may have been too much vitamin d for my body.so whats wrong and what should i do.
You probably have a little sun poisoning. Drink lots of water and get some rest. If you put Noxema on your burn, it will make it feel better.
