Probably the pain when I was hit by a car and had my leg crushed. After significant medical treatment I was luckily able to walk again after about 6 months with crutches.
This was much worse than when the bunker collapsed on me when I was deployed with the Army, or when I hit a car going at over 50 miles per hour on a bicycle downhill and flipped over it, dislocating both shoulders, breaking both collar bones and getting a head injury when the helmet broke. -
running at full speed I stepped off of a 6 foot elevated playing field and didn%26#039;t see it coming so I had my left leg out expecting to meet ground...well I went through 6 feet of air and then on impact my knee hyper extended severely and I hit the pavement in such excruciating pain that I dragged my fingers on the pavement and foam at the mouth until my fingers were raw...
I had to have a complete reconstruction of the knee...
The initial shock of the injury lasted about 20 minutes before I could stop foaming at the mouth...but the pain after the subsequent surgery I underwent actually was worse in that there was severe pain that stayed for days non stop...The pain wasn%26#039;t as bad as the impact injury but lasted for days but the impact injury rang the bell for sure... I hope I never experience that kind of pain again in my life... -
The pain in my eye i`ve got now is really intense! I had an operation 12 hrs ago to remove a lesion on my eye under local anesthesia. Wosrt bit was a needle under the socket to the back of the eye. Its now 4.30am in the Wirral, uk,and only slept about an hour.I look like Pudsey Bear as well now!

I had a stroke when I was 14 (clots in my brain). Woah, damn, the headache I had was so bad I thought for a while that I was a goner. Plus, the ambulance guys misdiagnosed me and left me to rot at home..so that headache lasted a while =/
I%26#039;m pretty much healthy now, so no worries =] -
Hah as pathetic as it is? TMJ flare up. I had a massive earache, headache, and sinus problems with it to boot. I was downing pain meds every single opportunity I had. It didn%26#039;t hurt so much as it did gnaw at me.

I would say the run in with DVT (deep venous thrembosis) They are blood clots in my left leg, and SO painful.
