How serious is this heartbeat sensation I%26#039;m experiencing in my left ear? There has suddenly been a constant pulse in my left ear that seems to be in sync with my heartbeat. There is also ringing and I can%26#039;t hear 100% out of it either. The lobe is tender to the touch and sometimes there is short pain.

What exactly is this and how do I get rid of it? I don%26#039;t have health insurance.
