Whats wrong with me!?
the past two days i woke up with a head ache in one particular part of my head, my throat was sore, and my neck was kinda stiff. throughout the day when i would stand up id get dizzy for like a second, then i could hear my heart beating kinda fast in my head (i guess my jugular) and where my head ache is would throb quite bad a few seconds later. i have a big test tomorrow that i cant miss and i would like to know if anybody knows what might be wrong with me beforei go to the doctor, and if theres anything i can do to help it so im not distracted during my test tomorrow. thanks :)
you should see a doctor,but maybe you jumped out of bed so fast(that can make you dizzy and possibly faint)
