Why do my hands ache im only 26?????
I wake up and they feel like they are swollen around the knuckles? Maybe i cracked my knuckles to much?

There are three major types of arthritis. Gouty, ostio, and rheumatoid. Rheumatoid cripples more young people than any other cause in the USA. You are not to young for ostio or gouty either. Do see your doctor. You need to know. Cracking your knuckles did not cause it. Good luck.

You could have arthritis. Plenty of people start to notice symptoms in their 20s and 30s. I%26#039;d see a doctor to get it under control.

Go see your doctor, its not that uncommon for younger people to develop arthritic diseases
