Pain in my upper left back??
i have this intense pain in my upper left back the spot that you cant reach u know..and it%26#039;s not all day just sometimes...like i dont get it, it randomaly hurts sometimes what could it be..be from and how can i make the pain go away and how long until its better

its a knot in your muscle.... go get a massage to relax the muscle and release the acid build up... or you could get a tenis ball and lay on the floor with the ball under the spot... lay there until it doesnt hurt anymore...also stretch and drink more water
