Education:Car Accident?

Car Accident? I was t bned in a car accident on 6/14 I was out of work all last week but my HR paid me sick hours. I had injuries to my left wrist and knee. I had some pain in my neck. My MRI came back normal. But I still am having pain in my neck and it seems to be getting worse. I went back to work today on light duty but my manager is trying to change my position. I have pain but its not worth giving up my positin in work. Should I just stick it out? My parents are planning a lawsuit in case I have permanent damage- is it ok to go back to work after one week???

If we file for a lawsuit can I still sue for the neck pain? We re not sue happy but my parents want to make sure medical bills are covered since the accident was caught on camera and clearly not my fault thanks

My doctor said I will have neck pain for quite some time now and I knew its to be expected Im only 23 now I dread having this pain with me forever. But I dont think it wuld be right for me to go out of work on short term disability. Thank you for your sympathy though. Sry about your mom

well my dad said to go to ur etorny for advice and im really sorry about that. my mom was in 5 car accidents and her neck hurts all the time! im really sorry though my dad
