-Drink red bull or Starbucks! lol. That`s what I do.-And of course prayer if your a believer.
-If your not a believer then boast yourself up with positive thoughts, phrases, people, etc.
-It help`s to think of your goal(s).
-Maybe rearranging the office will help. Sometimes sitting day after day in the same space, facing the same direction dis-encourages you. I find that redecorating, rearranging; may make things a little more exciting.
If all this fails maybe you should change your job. (I hate to say this by the way.)
PS Why do you have this question under pain management? lol Maybe I should`ve said take a percurset or Tylenol with codeine! lol what works for me. my opinion!
