Sounds like muscle fatigue. Do some stretches or lift small-weight dumbells (2 lbs) and see if it feels better?*Free advice is sometimes only worth the price you pay*
Hope it gets better.

i doubt it%26#039;s CTS, because CTS occurs in the wrist, but i think it may be muscle weakness. when i use my hand for too long, mainly when i%26#039;m playing guitar, it starts shaking uncontrollably, and my mom tells me it%26#039;s because i%26#039;m really weak, maybe you%26#039;re weak too? :)
EDIT: yeah, if you%26#039;re like me and barely exercise, then it%26#039;s probably it, plus i think CTS would be focused mainly in your wrist, not just passing through it. you%26#039;re welcome :)
EDIT #2: YAAY CTS-FREE LADYTRON :) haha i don%26#039;t really have a medical answer for you, but i tried. :P -
No, this does not sound like carpal tunnel. that is only the wrist.
