I have a Ganglion on the top of my right wrist.? I%26#039;ve been having it for a little more than 2 months now. I went to my doctor and they told me that it should go away in a few. It hasnt gone away but it has decreased in size. But I%26#039;m kinda scared because some people keep on telling me to go get it taken out. Should i go even though it has almost gone away ? What do i do to make it go away faster ?

They%26#039;re harmless.

Truly, they are. There%26#039;s no need to do anything at all.

They usually do go away on their own, but not necessarily in a few months. Yours is decreasing in size, so I%26#039;d say it should be gone completely very soon.

Some people have them for years ... there%26#039;s nothing you can do to make one go away faster, but there%26#039;s no harm even if it never goes away. 100% 1 Vote

  • My husband just went to the doctor and she said that he too has ganglion. It%26#039;s harmless. His aunt also has it, she got it removed, but it came back again. So I think it%26#039;s pointless to even try to get it removed. The doctor said that he got it from cracking his knuckles. Secondary experience via my husband 0% 0 Votes
