its been about 30 minutes and this has never happened before. it just feels like an ache everytime i breath, cough, lay on stomach/side, etc.
please i need to know what to do :/

Most commonly it is stress. If you feel a pain in your heart area, you start to think about it, focuss on it and you stress about it. Feel your pulse, check your breath rate and relax. If your pulse has a good rythym, beat and you don%26#039;t have a problem breathing then try to get your mind off of it and see how you feel then.Other Answers (4)

I%26#039;ve been to emergency room with same chest pain around the heart area. They couldn%26#039;t find anything wrong with me and suggested it may be gas. Unfortunately, it was so long ago I don%26#039;t remember what they told me to do. But I%26#039;ve never had it happen again. Got any tums or mylanta?? Hope you get to feeling better!

Check your pulse to see if its normal ( try to relax while doing this ).
If it is, forget about it and keep your mind off of it until it goes away.
If it isn%26#039;t, get a parent to make a decision. Make sure you stay calm - stressing out never helps. Ever. -
i had this. it even got so bad i had to go to the emergency room. but you should go to the doctors and they will give you a perscription and they help stop the pain!
