Basketball playing help? i%26#039;m 17 n have been playing basketball 4 a few years now. every game i start well, but then my game deteriorates as my feet become sore. i get blisters on the bottoms of my feet, calluses come off my feet n a blister (that sometimes bleeds) forms on top of my left little toe. have recently bought a new pair of jordan basketball shoes, but the pain also occurred with my running shoes. have also bought a pair of nike sports socks, hoping it would fix my problem - it didn%26#039;t. i have also tried having the laces very-tight , mid-tight, and not-tight. - didn%26#039;t help either. please, any help would be greatly appreciated, this is holding me back n making me let my team down in the end of games, as i can no-longer run or jump properly (jumping is important - i am 6%26#039;3%26quot;). please, any advice or experience?
thanks in advance :)

Try taping your ankles. Typically when your ankle is taped they wrap it around your foot almost covering the bottom it will reduce the friction on the bottom of your feet. As for the top of your toes try bandaids and then coering them with a very stretchy sports tape that has some give. You can normally find this at Wal-Mart or if you have a school trainer they should have this. Student Trainer.
