What on earth would you want to do that for, what ever your issues with PE are its not worth harming yourself, is it really worth the pain and upset, PE is good for you, if you have a valid reason not to do it then why not just get a note off your parent, if its because you are on your period then that%26#039;s understandable, lots of girls find it too embarrassing and worry about leaking, that%26#039;s normal, so speak to your mum or something, if you don%26#039;t have a valid reason then don%26#039;t be so silly and just get on with it. 33% 2 VotesOther Answers (15)

if you are running and make your ankle roll over on to it%26#039;s side can sprain it,
or force make yourself fall off a few steps and land on your heel with the top of your foot down making your foot align with your shin
just to warn you though, you might just want to sprain it, but anything that you can sprain something with, can also break things, so be prepared for there to be a chance for you to break or fracture something. 17% 1 Vote -
Firstly I would advise against missing any more English lessons, your spelling, grammar and punctuation is abysmal.

put your hand out with palm away from you and fall to the ground,,,land on your palm. This should sprain your wrist if not repeat till wrist is sprained

If you run quite fast and then turn so you%26#039;re facing your side and then force yourself to fall hard so your ankle turns over it should sprain.

you could try jumping down stairs, it has been said that even a fall from just a few steps can cause havoc with your bony structures. (PE sucks!)
