this usually happens after first waking up, or after periods of inactivity, when the blood pressure is low. What%26#039;s happening is your rapid standing is lowering the blood pressure in your head. Fainting is a natural response, and is technically possible if you stand extremely fast after one of these inactive periods. If it happens often, or after periods where you are not inactive, mention it to a doctor, and have your blood pressure checked. In the meantime, just don%26#039;t spring to your feet really fast, it happens to me too.
Keep in mind that a doctor visit to be safe is always good, and you don%26#039;t want to fall and hit your head. 0% 0 Votes -
The technical term for this is orthostatic hypotension. You may have low blood pressure or may be on a medication that may be causing this. Either way, in order to avoid the feeling of almost passing out, you will have to get up slowly. If you are lying down, sit up slowly and then dangle your feet over the side of the bed for a few moments. Just sit there until you feel ok to stand. Then stand slowly. It may be a pain in the butt, but it%26#039;s better than passing out. Meanwhile, make an appointment with your doctor to find out the cause of this.

Make an appointment with your doctor to have your blood pressure checked. This feeling is probably due to the blood pressure being too low when you move quickly, such as getting up in the morning, etc.. But with something like this, it isn%26#039;t worth playing around with...it all involves your heart and the blood circulation, so you need to find out what it is and what to do about it. We don%26#039;t want you to die just because yo asked us and not your doctor. PLEASE go and have this checked.
Our bodies talk to us,and yours is yelling %26quot;I am not OK%26quot;. We need to always listen to the aches, pains and other things about our bodies so that we can enjoy life to the fullest.
Good luck. 0% 0 Votes -
Here%26#039;s the thing, this is a medical issue. As much as I%26#039;d like to give you a straight answer, I can%26#039;t. It could be any number of things from high blood pressure to sinuses. The source of this can only be discovered with a doctor visit and consultation.
I suggest calling you doctor as soon as possible to schedule an appointment. 0% 0 Votes -
oh yea, i had that before, i would go blind and get really dizzy and lightheaded.
one time i actually fell..
if you tilt your head down and bend over, your head will receive more blood, and you wont pass out or get blind. 0% 0 Votes -

Talk to your doctor... you have low blood pressure. I do too, and this happens to me a LOT... even in the shower. Know how scary that is? Definitely speak to your doctor about it... it%26#039;s not too hard to fix.

I used to have this problem when I was in my late teen and early twenty%26#039;s. It has not happened since then and I am in my forty%26#039;s.
