could have ruptured the eardrum... would she go to one of those urgent care or same day clinics... like nextcare?If you look is bleeding from inside the ear or from cut like ring hitting the ear?

First of all, is the bleeding from around the ear or from inside the ear canal? If from the inside, she could have indeed ruptured her eardrum and some internal blood vessels.
Secondly, if she was a victim of domestic abuse, why would she protect the guy and risk her health? She needs to get medical attention to avoid any long term complications. If it is a ruptured eardrum, she could lose some hearing.
Finally, if this is not the first time she%26#039;s taken a hit, she needs to seek counseling. -

She is absolutely stupid to avoid going to the doctor just because people will %26quot;talk%26quot;. Not only that, but whomever hit her should be arrested for assault and battery, as well as be required to pay the doctor%26#039;s bill. I studied audiology and worked in ENT for 20 years.
