Bad backache and hips hurt too?

Bad backache and hips hurt too? a few months ago i had an op on my womb,but now ive been having really bad lower backache and my hips hurt too,its all round the bottom of my back,anyone got any ideas of what it could be,im at the doctors next week

thanks for that,i will tell my gp nxt wk when i go, when i think about it it does hurt in my legs sometimes too,and just before i was rubbing the bottom of my back and i could feel a little lump its just before the top of my bum.i just hope its what youve said,thankyou for replying

Ask your gp to refer you to a orthopeadic surgeon i have the same problem and it was found to be small fluid filled cysts in s2 area of sacrum [symptoms are burning buttocks hip pain going into to leg also causes bowel and urinary problems] Hope this is helpful and dont worry its not unusal
