Emergency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY ARM?

Emergency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY ARM? Is my arm broke? I can move it and stuff and bend it but it hurts and burns. What can I do for it? I fell on it and bended it. Please help!

1. I Tripped over a scooter in the dark and used my arm to fall on and it bent.
2. It hurts around my elbow.
3. I put ice packs on it and then took a warm shower and now it feels a bit better.

No swelling or bleeding that I can see and i have never broken a bone in my body.

Can%26#039;t tell if its broken from your information. First you should ice the area until you could get it checked out profesionally. Take pain medication preferably ibuprofen to reduce inflammation and ice it with either a ice pac or a frozen bag of veggies. Is it bleeding, swollen? How did you fall? where does it hurt? Did you hear any cracking or popping? More info please

• im not a docter but im a training p.e teacher so i have studied the body. id say its definatly not broken if so you would be crying in agony when you move it if it burns and is uncomfortable you have probably just sprained your wrist or maybe even torn some liggaments best to bandage it up to put pressure on it to reduce swelling after resting it in ice just be careful not to knock it and get in touch with a docter. dont panic you will live.
• well first off I would recommend not moving it if it hurts. then I would call your doctors office and ask them to take a look at it, you%26#039;ll probably need an x-ray. Icing it until you get it looked at would be a good idea, as would wrapping it with an ace bandage of some sort.

• you can put ice on it. if you cant move it at all go to the doctor but if you think you can bare and wait to see if the pain goes away try it.
• um if you can move it it is NOT broke but if you bend it might be fractured or badly bruised
