Serious rug burn and clear ooze?

Serious rug burn and clear ooze? I was in a lacrosse game and i went for a dodge and slip on the dirt,sliding my left leg on the grass/dirt. Now there is a clear ooze that comes from a skin puncture (not bleeding just reddish mark) . The other marks of my leg have been already scabbed up. This happened yesterday. I don%26#039;t know what should work better: Neosporin or Hydrogen peroxide. And what is my leg doing and how long will the oozing go on for until it will stop and scab?

keep the wound clean %26amp; dry. don%26#039;t put creams or salves on it.
