Back problems? i have some pritty sharp pain in my lower back, i was thinkin it was from riding my horse with a saddle that was to big but then i remembered i was having it befor then nd i was thinkin mabey i have somtin wrong wit my kidneys. it dosent hurt all the time just wen i stand up or go to sit down nd then somtimes wen iam standing it is really sharp in my lower back

any ideas
