I have hyper-extended both of my knees in years past, and I have patellar tendinitis in my right knee. Because I have injured both knees so much, I have been researching the muscles and functions in or around the area.
Just the other day, I stepped awkwardly and felt pain in my LCL for hours, even into the next day. When I was jumping off of the diving board just yesterday, I felt a sharp pain in my LCL, and the started to bend it to try and stretch it out, but then noticed my joint popping every time I bent it. This has continued into today, and no lie, it is every time I bend it.
By the way, i am 16 years old, so this is not because of old age. What do you think I should do?
Go get it checked out! Especially since you%26#039;re into sports.
