I get dehydrated because i dont drink enough water but im not thirsty to begin with...?
a few months ago, i noticed that ive been getting headaches that wont go away. i never feel thirsty so i dont drink a lot. the only drinks i like are high-calorie or sugary drinks. i get tired of drinking water cause theres no flavor.
is there any other way i can get hydrated?
would avoiding saly foods help, since salt absorbs water?

i never ever ever drink coffee, i dont get a lot of sleep, and i go on Y/A all the time... staring at a computer screen
i get bad migraines have been since i was 8 and in my teen years i noticed they were worse and like you i liked high calorie and sugary drinks. primarily soda.
TOO MUCH caffine and sugary drinks can trigger the headaches. as my doctor told me once i stopped the high intake the migraines werent as bad.
like you i hate water it is boring. so i drink propel it%26#039;s like juice but really water.
but in reality the best way to hydrate yourself is drinking 8 classes of water a day.
limit or avoid the sweet stuff and the salty too, the posts here show how they have dealt with the same issue; Ilikemykittycat makes sense and most of the posts.

Drink and push the liquids. You have got to stay away from the sugary stuff.
Dehydration will give you wicked headaches.
Yup, crystal light or vitamin water.
Try some crystal light or any flavored water beverage.I love them and its all I drink now.
Drink a lot of orange juice and eat water melons.
they have a good tasting flavored water out now
