Neck pains?

Neck pains? i woke up this morning and i did mu usual, i straightened my hair and i turned my head and there was an excrusiating pain in my neck, i cant turn my head to the right or it will hurt like hell! please help. i will be seeing a doctor, my mom pulled me out of school. please answer seiriously, it really hurts!
