What do i do? i have pain lots of it.? Okay so i went quadding with my friend and her dad a couple days ago and when i woke up i had awful pain in my back, shoulders, arms, legs and inner thigh. i know it was from quadding too hard or something, but is there anything i can do to get rid of the pain? i know it cant be sleeping cuz i woke up this morning and i still hurt. on top of that..now i have cramps. :/

Take a hot shower to loosen things up and then do a light stetching routine a couple times a day. Take some ibuprofen (Motrin or Advil). Day 2 is usually the wost and after that the pain will begin to lessen

  • Try streching. I know it will hurt but it would probably heal it.
