Getting dizzy and having blurred vision/black spots happens to most people when they stand up quickly. If it%26#039;s to an unusual level, which it sounds like since you%26#039;re falling over, it might be orthostatic hypotension, which is a drop in blood pressure caused by change in body position (lying down - sitting, sitting - standing.) This is a very common side effect of many medications, but it could also be a sign of circulatory problems. You should look up side effects of any medications you%26#039;re on, or go see your doctor.

  • Drink a lot of water every day, that should help. Sometimes the same thing happens to me if i%26#039;m slightly dehydrated and have drank a lot that day.
  • Low blood pressure,
    anemia (low blood cell count),
    malnutrition (are you dieting?)
    pregnancy..

you really need to check with your doctor because it is not normal. if you are dieting, make sure you eat lots of starch (fruits).

    goodluck
  • my guess would be anemia... do your legs get sore.. do you get tired easily? Try taking on over the counter iron pill.. start off at a low dose. It might make it difficult for you to pass a bowel movement.
  • Could be vertigo, talk to your doc.

    or

Have you had an injuries to your ears recently? Theres fluid in your head that controls your balance.
but anyways google vertigo see what you get under symptoms
  • Ermm I%26#039;m not really sure...
You should go to a doctor and get checked out...
Maybe you%26#039;re anemic, which means you should eat lots of red meat as you could be low on iron ^_^
  • I think this could be a sign of high blood pressure. You may want to have that checked out.
