i have pain that is about 6/10 worse pain ive ever felt in my life. it on the front of my body-above my genitals and below my belly button. i think its a hernia. what can do to stop the pain and should i get medical help?

well its not that bad. ive been punched and had it hurt worse than this. and its usually just when i walk.
It can be alot of things but none of us know, go to the doctor! He%26#039;ll tell you what it is! I%26#039;ll be praying for you, to heal.
