Could my foot be broken? I have a large lump on the top of my left foot. Its kind of soft. Strange thing is i dont recall hurting my foot in any way. It only hurts when i sit down, sitting still or after i stand up after sitting for a while. When im walking or in motion most of the time there is no pain. But when it does hurt it HURTS.
Also i notice alot of popping sounds when i twist my foot in various directions.

it could be anything from cancer to an inflammation. have a doctor check it out

Im gonna get it checked out soon. Making an appointment tomorrow.
I was just looking for people who might have had mysterious injuries to their feet without knowing how it happened. I have no clue what i did to mine.
