well i did it a little while ago and now i am paranoid. how can i know if i am in danger? what can i do to reverse it?

Yes! It doesn%26#039;t take much to drown. Only a tiny bit of water in the lungs could possibly kill you. Children have been known to drown in a tablespoon of water. Go figure eh?I would say if you%26#039;re that concerned about it go to the ER.
