umm i think it may be heart burn - i had the same problem before and still get it. i suffer from frequent anxiety attacks which cause heartburn on the left side of my chest...the same as you =]
i freaked out and went to the doctor, who said it was simply brought on by stress and anxiety and said that by breathing deeply and calming myself down, it wouldn%26#039;t happen anymore. it worked! i only get it occasionaslly. as for the shoulder and arm: i get that too. i%26#039;m not sure why but i don%26#039;t worry about it i know a lot of people who get that on their left arm.
don%26#039;t worry about it too much ok? it%26#039;s gonna drive you CRAZY if you do......so next time you feel stressed or anxious, just calm down, take a deep breath and relax. if you do get heartburn, i reccomend Mylanta. i use it and it works great.

i would go to the doctor to look at it it could be anything but to be on the safe side i would go to the doctor do play any sports if so it should lid to that well look into going to the doctor
