but it hurt [and bled a little]
is it ment to hurt?

do you think it%26#039;s infected?

i would leave the earring in for now because it probably isn%26#039;t closed right. keep it clean with ear solution... sometimes there is dried blood around the earring and when you pull the earring out it comes off like a scab and opens the wound again. other times there is just some residue on the earring and it gets stuck.it could be infected... is it pussing or is your ear swollen? if so it is infected and you need to remove the earring.
either way you need to find some method of eventually removing it. best of luck to you.

yes it may hurt...since the studs when you first get it pierced are bigger than the ones you usually buy after.
its not infected this happened to me. i was allergic to the nickel when i first got it at age 8. and then i can only have gold, silver, white gold...
i had to take the nickel earring out with a WRENCH :[ because the hole closed right away because i was allergic to it. -
a little crusting is normal as the hole will naturally try to heal itself, it is usually a little sore taking them in and out the first time
