just because the earring came out does not mean it will get infected.your ear will get infected, however, if you are constantly touching it/twirling it, if you pick at it, or if any bacteria gets into it.
You did the right thing by cleaning your ear and the earring before putting it back in. the neosporin was unnecessary, and i%26#039;d watch it for a few days just incase. i have 5 holes in each ear =P

Definetly go to your doctor or at least the piercer. Continue to clean it, even if it hurts. See your doctor and/or piercer A.S.A.P.!!!!

Its not going to get infected that easy my friend has a peircing but doesnt even were earings anymore
